Event Information & Policies


Conference participants must register for the event at www.gpmc2016.eventbrite.com.  Participants can choose to attend one or both days of the conference, see the registration website for pricing.  Gold Sponsors will receive two guest tickets and Silver Sponsors will receive one guest ticket.  Please contact the event organizer to register guests and receive tickets.
Students, please go to this registration page to register for the student special, including a project management workshop on April 15.


Walk-in Registration

Walk-in registrants will be accepted based on space availability.  Walk-in registrants will be assessed $45 for a one-day ticket and $60 for a two-day ticket in addition to the full registration fee at the time of check-in.  Payment method can be made by credit card or check.



Please print and present the ticket that was sent as an attachment to your confirmation email.  Tickets can be reprinted if lost or pulled up on your cell phone at time of registration.

Student ticket                                          $15 per day lunch – $250 combination, including both conference days and a student-focused workshop on April 15



Continental breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks are Included in the ticket price for participants, excluding students.  Invited university students have free admission but are asked to pay a nominal charge of $15.00 per day for food and beverage during the conference.


Conference Location on LTU Campus

The conference will be held in room S-100, the Mary Marburger Auditorium, located at the south end of the Science Building (S Building).  Please refer to the Campus Map for location.

The student workshop on April 15 will take place in room A 200 Auditorium in the College of Architecture from 1pm – 5pm.


Conference Parking  

There is no charge for parking.  Lot D has the closest available parking spots.  Please refer to the Campus Map for location.


Dinner Reception on April 13

A separate ticket must be purchased for the dinner reception on April 13.  The reception will be held from 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm.  Dinner tickets are $60.  Guests will have additional opportunities to network with conference speakers and participants.  Please join us!


Conference Presentations & Materials

Presentations and other conference materials will be made available for downloading after the conference. Please check the conference website after April 15.


Handicap Accessibility

Construction next to the Science Building has limited the handicap accessibility to the Marburger Auditorium.  Please contact the event organizer for update information and special instructions.




  1. What is the refund policy?

FULL REFUND:  You must cancel before 7:00 AM on April 6

50% REFUND:    If you cancel 7:00 AM April 6  – 7:00 AM April 12

NO REFUND:      If you cancel after 7:00 AM April 12



  1. Will WiFi be available during the conference?

Yes, Lawrence Technological University has free WiFi for all students and guests.


  1. Can I plug in a laptop during the conference presentations?

Outlets to plug-in laptops during the presentation available in the auditorium.  There are also outlets located throughout the university to recharge computers during breaks and lunch.


  1. Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Only Lawrence Technological University students must show school ID at the registration desk prior to entering the auditorium.  Students may attend the conference for free if they have been invited by a professor.


  1. Can I update my registration information?

Your registration information can be changed prior to the event.  Log into your Eventbrite account and click on change directions.


  1. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Please bring your printed ticket to the event.  If your ticket has been lost, you can reprint your ticket from the confirmation email you received or pull it up on your cell phone at the registration desk.


  1. The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?

If you need to change the name of the attendee, please follow the change directions in Question #5.  If have any problems, you may contact the event organizer.
